The project began with crafting a unique concept for Brewzo Cafe. By conducting in-depth market analysis, we understood the preferences and lifestyle of the target audience, shaping the cafe as a social hub for coffee enthusiasts. To bring this vision to life, we collaborated with interior designers to create a modern, functional, and inviting space. Every detail, from seating arrangements to the placement of essential infrastructure, was thoughtfully planned to enhance both functionality and ambiance.

The menu design was a cornerstone of the project, highlighting a diverse array of coffee blends, refreshing beverages, and curated light bites. With an emphasis on creativity and quality, we balanced the menu to offer unique and customizable options while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Ingredient sourcing and cost evaluations ensured the operational efficiency of the cafe.

In addition to menu planning, we meticulously developed the kitchen and coffee bar setup.
